Nutrition & Lifestyle Counseling is a unique arena in health and nutrition. As a Health Coach, I focus on your diet, including calories, carbs, fats, and proteins, but also on the effects of food on the body- how it plays a part in your energy levels, digestion, stress management, and eating behaviors. I also focus on lifestyle improvements including exercise, relationships (with people and food itself) and finding a spiritual practice (whether it be by breathing better or by being more creative in your life).

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. When diet changes, everything changes.
