10 SESSIONS
If you would like to become healthy for life, instill lifelong habits, change your outlook on nutrition, integrate healthy cooking and good food into your routine, and really delve into your relationship with food, the Lifelong Nutrition Plan is for you.

PER SESSION:
One 50-minute session- including detailed recommendations, handouts and food samples based on the topics covered. It also includes email support 1-week after the scheduled session. Please be sure to contact me at least one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
All programs are available in person or over the phone. Both domestic and international calls are the responsibility of the client. Health food store tour will also be covered over the phone.
