    1 session (1-hour 10minutes) includes 1 scripted outline and 2 handouts

HANDOUTS:
Prevent Overeating and Be a Master of Portion Control- $15
Includes simple strategies to prevent overeating (i.e. mindful eating, exercising, etc) and detailed portion control tips, such as learning the basic serving standards.

Healthy Snack List- $15
Includes snack tips and more than 30 different snack ideas that are approximately 200kcal each. Snacks also include food portions and are especially sensitive to gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS and IBD. Special Note: More than half the snack ideas are vegetarian.
